In this Workshop, you'll break that barrier down.

The Workshop will end with a grounding yoga experience, so you leave the workshop feeling rooted and ready to implement the plan you just created.

This Workshop will take place via Zoom, so we can interact, ask questions and get support.

Alissa Frazier is a Nutritional Therapy Consultant, an Autoimmune Protocol Certified Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has been coaching clients for several years through the transition to AIP as well as helping clients find the best lifestyle practices to support their healing journey.
