My passion is helping individuals who have Multiple Sclerosis who are looking to move away from that never ending cycle of symptoms, who want to feel better and improve their health.
I am a NTP (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner), an AIP Certified Coach a Certified Personal Trainer (through NASM) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
I have also struggled with my own health concerns, Multiple Sclerosis and digestive issues, since 2009. This has left me dealing with significant pain, fatigue and sensory issues (to name the major ones). I have gone through my own illness to wellness journey and know the intense struggle that it is.
